课堂教学的改革,目前已成为广大教师研究的—个课题,当然也是一个难题。由于长期受传统教学思想的影响,所以填鸭式教学经常出现,满堂灌现象时有发生。尽管后来教学方法上进行了一些改进,如采用了启发式教学、由浅入深教学、开展师生双边活动等,但总觉教学的效果仍不尽如人意。就现代教学论来说,课堂是学生学习的主阵地,在课堂中教师必须重视学生在学习中的主体地位,故课堂教学必须以在教师指导下学生的实践活动为主要内容。这样一来,显然就意味着教师必须尽可能地少讲,要把较多的时间留给学生,让学生真正成为课堂学习的主人,从而达到提高课堂教学质量的目的。面对上述要求,那教师该用怎样的教学方法进行课堂教学呢?记得美国心理学家斯金纳在教学上曾提出过一种程序教学法。在程序教学法这一体系中,把预先确定的教材分成若干小的分离的步骤,并且仔细地组织成有逻辑的顺序,使学生们能够容易地学会。每个步骤都审慎
