一、特点和成就综观我国特殊教育尤其是基础特殊教育的过去与现在,大体上呈现出如下特点:1.具有中国特色的特殊教育体系已经基本完备经过一百多年的实践尤其是近三十年的实践,具有中国特色的特殊教育体系已经基本完备。首先,从对特殊儿童的教育形式,即对特殊儿童的安置方式来看,我国有三种典型的特殊教育形式。一是特殊教育学校,包括盲、聋、弱智学校,教育轻微违法、犯罪儿童的工读学校和培养各种特殊才能的超常儿童学校(如体操学校、杂技学校等)。就残疾儿童教育而言,特殊教育学校是目前我国最主要的教育形式。
