催乳素与大鼠睾丸及雄性附性器官的生长和维持密切相关,据报道酚类植物对雌性田鼠的生育力有一定抑制作用。3-(4-羟苯基)-2-丙烯酸(PCA)是一种纯的酚酸化合物,在小鼠和大鼠具有抗催乳素作用。本研究探讨PCA对雄性大鼠生育力及生殖器官的影响及其作用机制。
Prolactin is closely related to the growth and maintenance of testis and male accessory organs in rats. It has been reported that phenolic compounds have some inhibitory effects on the fertility of female voles. 3- (4-hydroxyphenyl) -2-propenoic acid (PCA) is a pure phenolic compound that has anti-prolactin effects in mice and rats. This study investigated the effects of PCA on fertility and reproductive organs in male rats and its mechanism of action.
