绝大多数诱发肿瘤的各因素也能诱发染色体畸变,放射线就是其中之一种。某些染色体不稳定性综合征(如Fanconi贫血和毛细血管扩张共济失调等)有较高的肿瘤易感性。我们过去曾发现鼻咽癌患者外周淋巴细胞染色体有较高畸变率(包括数目与结构畸变),是否鼻咽癌患者的染色体有较高不稳定性?本实验的目的在于了解鼻咽癌患者染色体对致癌因子之一电离辐射是否有较高的反应性。
Most of the factors that induce tumors can also induce chromosomal aberrations. Radiation is one of them. Certain chromosomal instability syndromes (such as Fanconi anemia and telangiectasia ataxia) have higher tumor susceptibility. In the past, we have found that the peripheral chromosome of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma has a high rate of aberration (including number and structural aberrations), and whether the chromosomes of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma are highly unstable. The purpose of this experiment is to understand the chromosomes of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Is it highly reactive with ionizing radiation, one of the carcinogenic factors?
