该软件的技术经济指标优化采用专家意见，指标采用权重方法计算，且无量纲化，便于多方案进行比较，对定性指标采用贴近度方法评定，最后通过得分计算，选择最佳方案。
The technical and economic indicators of the software are optimized using the experts’ opinions. The indexes are calculated by the weight method and are non-dimensional, which facilitates the comparison of multiple schemes. The qualitative indicators are evaluated by the approach method. Finally, the best scheme is selected by the score calculation.
