目的探讨肝脾舒对肝硬化大鼠血浆内毒素是否有调节作用。方法雄性SD大鼠36只,随机分为正常组、模型组、肝脾舒组、杜秘克组,每组9只。正常组:每日腹腔注射生理盐水,模型组:采用40%CCl4橄榄油溶液腹腔注射制备肝硬化模型,肝脾舒组在此基础上每日给予肝脾舒灌胃,杜秘克组在模型组基础上每日给予杜秘克灌胃。取血检测血浆内毒素(LPS)水平。结果 3个月后模型组大鼠血浆内毒素水平较正常组升高(P<0.05);与模型组相比,肝脾舒组血清内毒素水平降低(P<0.05)。结论肝脾舒对肝硬化大鼠血浆内毒素水平有调节作用。
Objective To investigate whether GanPiShu regulation of plasma endotoxin in cirrhotic rats. Methods Thirty-six male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Ganpishu group and Dukeke group, with 9 rats in each group. Normal group: daily intraperitoneal injection of saline, model group: 40% CCl4 olive oil solution of intraperitoneal injection of cirrhosis model, liver and spleen Shu group on the basis of daily given liver and spleen Shu gavage, Du secret gram group in the model On the basis of daily group Duke grams gavage. Blood samples were collected to detect plasma endotoxin (LPS) levels. Results After 3 months, the levels of plasma endotoxin in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the level of endotoxin in the liver and spleen group was lower (P <0.05). Conclusion Heppleeshu regulates the level of plasma endotoxin in cirrhotic rats.
