报道了复方美愈胶囊中愈创木酚甘油醚和氢溴酸右美沙芬的高效液相色谱测定法。固定相为Lichrospher-C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.07mol／L硝酸钠-甲磷酸-甲酸（500：500：1：0.5）,检测波长为295nm。愈创木酚甘油醚和氢溴酸右美沙芬线性范围及回归方程分别为：64.0～96.0ug,Y=2.6451×104X-8.540×105（n=5）,r=0.9990;6.4～9.6μg,Y=2.302×104X＋7.484×103（n=5）,r=0.9996。平均回收率为101.4％±2.57％,RSD=2.53％（n=5）;99.59％±0.56％,RSD=0.56％（n=5）。
A high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of guaifenesin and dextromethorphan hydrobromide in Fufang Meiyu Capsule was reported. The stationary phase was a Lichrospher-C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.07 mol / L sodium nitrate-phosphoric acid-formic acid (500: 500: 1: 0.5). The detection wavelength was 295 nm. The linear range and regression equation of guaifenesin and dextromethorphan hydrobromide were 64.0-96.0ug, Y = 2.6451 × 104X-8.540 × 105 (n = 5), r = 0.9990, 6.4-9.6μg, Y = 2.302 × 104X + 7.484 × 103 (n = 5), r = 0.9996. The average recovery was 101.4% ± 2.57%, RSD = 2.53% (n = 5), 99.59% ± 0.56%, RSD = 0.56% (n = 5).
