为了提高干气密封的设计效率,丰富设计结果的信息量,以Pro/E软件为平台,研究了一种干气密封参数化模型的实现方法。对每个零件设置参数,并建立参数和模型尺寸之间的关系,利用尺寸驱动技术,通过程序对模型参数的输入进行控制,实现了干气密封模型的参数化设计。并以轴套为例,给出了具体的设计过程。通过使用参数化模型设计,可大幅提高设计效率、缩短设计周期,提高整个设计过程的自动化程度。
In order to improve the design efficiency of dry gas seal and enrich the information content of the design results, a method to realize the parametric model of dry gas seal was studied based on Pro / E software. The parameters are set for each part, and the relationship between parameters and model dimensions is established. By using the dimension-driven technology, the input of model parameters is controlled through the program, and the parametric design of the dry gas seal model is achieved. And the sleeve as an example, given the specific design process. Through the use of parametric model design, can greatly improve the design efficiency, shorten the design cycle, improve the automation of the entire design process.
