鞍钢六高炉(有效容积1050米~3)在国内首次采用硅砖外燃马琴式热风炉与陶瓷燃烧器。1976年开炉以来平均风温1050℃左右。为了试验热风系统和操作高风温适应性能,探索富化煤气、提高风温的能源平衡经济价值及其发展方向,于1979年4月21日至7月30日进行了高风温试验。试验前,利用高炉中修时机安装了大型煤气混合引射器及自动调节系统;并对风管耐火材料进行研究,改用了新料;风管座、法兰采用等离子喷镀和堆焊耐热合金。试验期内,分别测定风温降落、壳体与管道表面温度、热风炉阻损、热风炉壳体周期性涨落等数据;随时分析混合煤气、燃烧后废气成份,并合理调节配比。高
