说起体验式销售,也许大家并不陌生。而我们在实际的销售工作中,如何将体验销售运用得挥洒自如,如鱼得水,那就不是听几次讲座,看两本书就能一蹴而就的事情。这得需要根据自己门店的实际情况,进行产品的体验设计、搭建完善的体验销售体系、完成体验式销售队伍的训练。销售从体验开始,体验从验光开始。其实严格说起来,从顾客进店那一刻起,体验就已经开始了。销售从顾客离店结束,但体验和服务却没有结束,直到顾客下次再来或不来,体验一直都在。
