在免疫功能减退的宿主,肝脾念珠菌病的发病看来日益增加。该病以在肝、脾有时还在肾脏有持续性灶性微脓肿为特征,通常发生于中性粒细胞减少症已恢复的急性白血病的病人。这些病人表现有发热、腹痛、厌食、恶心和呕吐等症状。对该病的治疗非常困难,常要持续数月。本文报道6例抗真菌药治疗无效的肝脾念珠菌病病人,经用氟康那唑(fluconazole)治疗后使念珠菌感染获得根治。
In immunocompromised hosts, the incidence of hepatosplenic candidiasis appears to be increasing. The disease is characterized by persistent focal micro abscesses in the liver, spleen and sometimes in the kidneys and usually occurs in patients with acute leukemia who have recovered neutropenia. These patients showed fever, abdominal pain, anorexia, nausea and vomiting and other symptoms. The treatment of the disease is very difficult and often lasts for months. This article reports 6 cases of anti-fungal drug treatment of patients with liver and spleen candidiasis, after treatment with fluconazole Candida infection was cured.
