My first academic year was August last year. Because there is no knowledge in this area, bought some books for reference. In some books, bamboo soaking seeds should be immersed in water at 60 ℃ for a whole day and night (and then soaked in low temperature). Such a high temperature treatment of seeds does not mean it? With doubt for questioning suppliers, the answer is to soak with warm water about 40 ℃ day and night. I feel very embarrassed, is to take 60 ℃, or take 40 ℃? Simply compromise: the seeds were divided into 3, were placed in 50 ℃, 40 ℃ and natural room temperature water. Because there is no constant temperature equipment, the first two are insulated with thermos. The three soaking a day and night, and then sown in the greenhouse astigmatism Department, covered with plastic film. More than 40 days later, finally looking for seedlings ground. Results The seedlings inoculated with natural room temperature water and 40 ° C warm water had the same overall emergence time, and the seeds treated with 50qC water that had been discounted by 10%
