应用中西药膏剂对外阴病灶部位涂擦、中药煎剂清洗外阴、免疫制剂病灶部位多点注射的方法对４２例慢性外阴营养不良患者进行综合治疗与观察。经统计学处理，结果表明：病变面积越小、病程越短、年龄越小者，其疗效越佳。有效率达８０．９５％，明显高于对照组。此方法在目前众多治疗慢性外阴营养不良的方法中，不失为一种值得推广的好方法。
42 cases of chronic vulvar dystrophy were treated and observed by applying Chinese and Western ointment to rub the vulva lesion, cleaning the vulva with decoction of traditional Chinese medicine, and injecting multifocal injection on the site of immunological agents. The results show that: the smaller the lesion area, the shorter the course of the disease, the younger the person, the better the curative effect. Effective rate of 80.95%, significantly higher than the control group. This method in the current treatment of many chronic genital malnutrition, after all, is a good way worth promoting.
