总结了我国自行研究、设计、制造的首台锻焊结构热壁加氢反应器成功安全运行10年的经验。介绍了该反应器的主要技术参数及技术特点。指出我国加氢反应器研制技术有了很大的进步且实力逐步加强,如制造能力的提高、大型化的进展和反应器性能与质量的提高,以及大型化反应器现场组焊技术的开发成功等。为进一步改善现有Cr-Mo钢对环境强度的适应性而自行研制成功的3Cr-1Mo-1/4V新钢材已在1台新加氢反应器的制造中得到应用。
The experience of the first forged welded hot wall hydrogenation reactor, which was researched, designed and manufactured by our country, was successfully put into operation for 10 years.
