本文研究目的是设计和评价固定磁力矫治器,观察其打开下颌、对牙齿压入以及该矫治器对牙面复合体的形态和功能的效果。材料和方法受试者为20名年龄在8岁到10岁6个月之间的男女患者,均有下颌后缩ClassⅡ类1分类错(牙合),颌凸角、下面高、上下唇间隙较正常大.第一恒磨牙、切牙已萌出,覆盖为6mm~8mm,覆(牙合)0~3mm。治疗组和对照组各10名,年龄、性别、牙面特征紧密相配。治疗期4个月,去除矫治器后随访4个月。对照组不接受任何治疗同样观察8个月。矫治器设计:矫治器是在正中(牙合)位,下颌于第一恒磨牙区打开7 mm~8 mm 的情况下由上下颌塑胶夹板构成,夹板粘接于第一恒磨牙、乳磨牙或前磨牙、尖
The purpose of this study is to design and evaluate a fixed magnetic appliance and observe its effect on opening the mandible, pressing on the teeth, and the morphology and function of the appliance on the dental complex. MATERIALS AND METHODS Subjects were 20 male and female patients aged 8 to 10 years old.
