通过分析高炉鼓风动能与炉缸活性的关系,认为合理的鼓风动能不仅是保持炉缸活性良好的前提条件,更是高炉操作者调节炉况的重要手段之一。通过研究合理鼓风动能的理论依据和计算方法,发现高炉合理鼓风动能不仅需要随着高炉容积的增大而增大,而且需要有合理的风量和风口面积。通过比较不同容积高炉所对应的风量,提出了风量比和风量系数的概念;介绍了本钢新1号高炉通过调节风口面积探索合理鼓风动能的过程。对高炉在不同鼓风动能条件下所产生的各种直观现象和仪表变化进行了说明,针对这些现象就可以判断出鼓风动能是否在合理范围内,并进行相应的调节。因此,合理的鼓风动能需要适应高炉生产的各方面条件的变化,这就需要对合理鼓风动能进行不断的探索和实践,以形成应变的合理的送风制度,确保高炉生产长期稳定顺行。
By analyzing the relationship between blast furnace kinetic energy and hearth activity, it is considered that reasonable blast kinetic energy is not only a prerequisite for maintaining good hearth activity, but also an important method for blast furnace operator to adjust furnace condition. By studying the theoretical basis and calculation method of reasonable blast kinetic energy, it was found that blast furnace reasonable blast kinetic energy not only needs to increase with the increase of blast furnace volume, but also needs reasonable air volume and tuyere area. The concept of air volume ratio and air volume coefficient was proposed by comparing the air volume of blast furnace with different volume. The process of exploring reasonable blast kinetic energy by adjusting the tuyere area area was introduced. The various kinds of visual phenomena and instrument changes produced by blast furnace under different blast kinetic energy conditions are explained. According to these phenomena, it can be judged whether the blast kinetic energy is within a reasonable range and the corresponding adjustment is made. Therefore, reasonable blast kinetic energy needs to adapt to changes in various aspects of blast furnace production, which requires continuous exploration and practice of reasonable blast kinetic energy so as to form a reasonable blast system and ensure long-term and stable blast furnace production .
