用液体培养的方法研究了白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)不同世代的胞外蛋白酶产酶水平与其毒力关系。结果发现,B.bassiana各世代在明胶和虫尸粉两种液体培养基中均表现出随着继代移殖次数的增加胞外蛋白酶产酶水平依次降低的趋势,但同一世代在虫尸粉培养基中的产酶量显著高于明胶培养基中的产酶量。各世代在两种培养基中的产酶方式也不完全相同。各世代对马尾松毛虫的毒力也表现出了随继代数增加而减弱的趋势。
The liquid culture method was used to study the relationship between the level of extracellular protease production and the virulence of Beauveria bassiana in different generations. The results showed that B.bassiana showed the trend of decreasing the level of extracellular protease enzyme gradually with the increasing of the number of subculture in gelatin and cadavermeat. However, in the same generation, The amount of enzyme produced in the medium was significantly higher than that in gelatin medium. The production of enzymes in the two media was not identical in all generations. The virulence of all generations to Dendrolimus punctatus also showed a tendency to decrease with the subsequent generations.
