目的了解体检职工心率及其相关因素。方法 2011年1月至2012年12月安排某单位职工20 472名进行体检,实际体检17 084名。采用专用体检记录软件录入体检者资料,体检结束后导出数据分析心率及其相关因素。结果 1体检职工心率76.75±11.29 bpm,呈正态分布,双侧95%界限值为54.62~98.87 bpm。2随心率增快BMI呈下降趋势(F=11.055,P=0.000),SBP、DBP、FPG、TC、TG呈升高趋势(F值分别为48.982、167.962,、35.299、5.935、10.765,P值分别为0.000、0.000、0.000、0.003、0.000)。3随TC、LDL-C、TG水平升高心率增快(F值分别为14.655、2.652、23.170,P值分别为0.000、0.071、0.000);随年龄增长心率呈减慢趋势(F=3.283,P=0.003);心率随BMI的增加呈减慢—加快—减慢变化;随血压、血糖水平升高心率增快(F值分别为74.685、71.200,P值分别为0.000、0.000);女性心率快于男性(F=26.402,P=0.000)。4回归分析显示心率与UA、年龄、BMI呈负相关,与DBP、SBP、FPG、TG、TC、男性、HDL-C呈正相关,其相关程度依次减弱。5多元回归分析显示LDL-C、BMI、SBP、年龄、UA是心率的保护因素,男性、FPG、HDL-C、TC、DBP是心率的危险因素。结论体检职工心率与多种心血管病危险因素相关。心率与UA、年龄、BMI呈负相关,与DBP、FPG、TC、HDL-C呈正相关,女性心率快于男性。心率与LDL-C、TG、SBP无明显相关性。
Objective To understand the medical staff heart rate and related factors. Methods From January 2011 to December 2012, 20 472 employees of a certain unit were placed for physical examination and 17 084 physical examinations. Physical examination records the use of special software to enter the physical examination data, after the end of physical examination data analysis of heart rate and related factors. Results 1 The heart rate of medical staff was 76.75 ± 11.29 bpm, with a normal distribution, and the 95% threshold of bilateral was 54.62-98.87 bpm. (2) With the increase of heart rate, BMI showed a decreasing trend (F = 11.055, P = 0.000), while SBP, DBP, FPG, TC and TG showed a trend of increasing (F value 48.982,167.962, 35.299,5.935,10.765, P 0.000, 0.000, 0.003, 0.000 respectively). 3 with TC, LDL-C, TG increased fasting heart rate (F values were 14.655,2.652,23.170, P values were 0.000,0.071,0.000); with increasing age, heart rate was slowed down (F = 3.283, (F = 74.685, 71.200, P = 0.000,0.000, respectively). The heart rate of female was higher than that of female Faster than men (F = 26.402, P = 0.000). 4 Regression analysis showed that heart rate was negatively correlated with UA, age and BMI, and positively correlated with DBP, SBP, FPG, TG, TC, male, and HDL-C. 5 Multiple regression analysis showed that LDL-C, BMI, SBP, age, UA were the protective factors of heart rate. Male, FPG, HDL-C, TC and DBP were the risk factors of heart rate. Conclusion The heart rate of medical staff is related to many cardiovascular risk factors. Heart rate and UA, age, BMI was negatively correlated with DBP, FPG, TC, HDL-C was positively correlated with female heart rate faster than men. Heart rate and LDL-C, TG, SBP no significant correlation.
