为了确定钢构件的耐火性能,必须准确地对钢构件温度进行估算。火灾作用下有防火保护钢和无防火保护钢的温度都有很多不确定因素。这是由于热边界条件和热物理性能本身就具有不确定性。在此研究中,通过蒙特卡洛法和用于估算钢温度的集总参数法来预估无防火保护钢和有防火保护钢温度的不确定因素。将计算出的数据与Cardington火灾试验(裸钢)和美国国家标准与技术研究院(NIST)世界贸易中心(WTC)的试验(有防火保护钢)所获得的数据相比较,结果较为吻合。
In order to determine the fire resistance of steel components, the temperature of the steel components must be accurately estimated. There are many uncertainties in the temperature of fire-protected steel and non-fire-protected steel. This is due to the inherent uncertainty of thermal boundary conditions and thermophysical properties. In this study, the uncertainties of the temperature of non-flame-protected steel and of flame-protected steel are estimated by the Monte Carlo method and the lumped parameter method for estimating the temperature of the steel. The calculated data is in good agreement with the data obtained from the tests of the Cardington Fire Test (bare steel) and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) World Trade Center (WTC) with fire-resistant protective steel.
