There is such a joke that a parent would like to send a child to a school to study in advance. The guard proudly said that despite the delivery of the children, the management was very good and “like a prison.” The “management of prisons” is a casual word that illustrates the current status and mentality of school management. Some schools are called “military management” and “paramilitary management.” Different names have different names, but they have the same connotations and different management purposes. However, the effect is the same. For example, some schools say that strict management is “money education” and “discipline education.” There are also many schools that are engaged in “autonomy management” and “subjective management”. However, the methods and approaches are often the same. The selected students, the “Principal Assistant”, the “President of the Political Assistant”, and the “Assistant for the Head of the Class” are to allow students to better manage students according to the will of the school and the teachers.
