以新疆财经大学2007级至2013级的汉语言班的学生为研究对象,以学生的平均成绩与标准偏差值这两个函数作为研究标准,从横向和纵向两个方面对学生的学业成绩进行全面的分析和研究,同时对民汉混合教学班的试点课程进行抽样分析与研究,对如何提高少数民族学生的人才培养模式提出了一定的见解和思路。
