目的研究鹿藿Rhynchosia volubilis的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化,薄层色谱及现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果从其乙醇提取物的氯仿、醋酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到12个化合物,结构分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、苜蓿素(3)、5,7,3′-三羟基-4′-甲氧基异黄酮(4),表儿茶素(5)、豆甾-5-烯-3β,7α-二醇(6)、槲皮素(7)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、没食子酸(10)、大豆苷元(11)和大萼赝靛素(12)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Rhynchosia volubilis. Methods Separation and purification by silica gel column chromatography, TLC and modern spectroscopic techniques for structural identification. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the chloroform and ethyl acetate fractions of ethanol extract. The structures were identified as β-sitosterol (1), daucosterol (2), alfalfa (3), 5,7,3 ’ (4), epicatechin (5), somatost-5-ene-3β, 7α-diol (6), quercetin (7), apigenin -7-O-β-D-glucoside (8), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (9), gallic acid (10), daidzein (11) Prime (12). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
