在国家科委、科协及中国光学学会的关怀和支持下,我国高速摄影与光子学专业委员会和高速摄影与光子学学科分组成立大会于1981年3月26～29日在苏州举行。中国光学学会理事长王大珩、常务付理事长苏韦、付理事长龚祖同、常务理事沈寿春、常务理事兼秘书长尚惠春等同志以及来自全国有关高等院校,研制,生产使用单位的80多名代表出席了大会。
