在pH5.5—6.5的介质中Ru(Phen)_3~(2+)与十二烷基硫酸钠形成1:2的荧光配合物。其λex=437.0nm,λem=617`0nm。荧光法测定钌的检测限为0.4ng/ml,浓度范围是0.4ng国、—2.0μg/ml。用于合成试液中钌的测定相对标准偏差为5.6%(n=6)。
Ru (Phen) 3 ~ (2+) forms a 1: 2 fluorescent complex with sodium lauryl sulfate in the medium of pH 5.5-6.5. Its λex = 437.0nm, λem = 617`0nm. The detection limit of ruthenium by fluorescence method is 0.4ng / ml, the concentration range is 0.4ng, -2.0μg / ml. The relative standard deviation for the determination of ruthenium in the synthetic test solution was 5.6% (n = 6).
