教师的负面教学经验是那些让教师或沮丧、或失望、或迷惑、或焦躁的消极教学经验。尽管这些负面教学经验会对教师的情绪、判断和实践产生连锁干扰,但其中却蕴藏着揭示事实本质、唤醒自我认识和实现自由发展等积极价值。对这些价值的开发和利用是重建负面教学经验的基础。负面教学经验的重建应遵循探究的基本路径,在具体的实施过程中展开批判性尝试。
Negative teaching experiences of teachers are those negative teaching experiences that make teachers frustrated, disappointed, confused, or irritated. Although these negative teaching experiences will have a chain interference on teachers’ emotions, judgments and practices, they contain positive values such as revealing the essence of facts, awakening self-awareness and realizing free development. The development and use of these values is the basis for rebuilding negative teaching experiences. The reconstruction of negative teaching experience should follow the exploration of the basic path, in the specific implementation process to start a critical attempt.
