利用SolidWorks三维造型软件建立液压支架前连杆的三维实体模型。依据有限元基本理论,进一步建立前连杆的有限元模型,并通过MSC.Nastran有限元分析系统进行分析,并将分析结果作为输入,利用MSC.Fatigue疲劳分析软件对前连杆进行全寿命疲劳分析,得到液压支架前连杆的疲劳寿命和危险点的寿命值,方便早期设计阶段对产品寿命进行估计。
Using SolidWorks 3D Modeling Software to Establish 3D Solid Model of Hydraulic Linkage Front Linkage. According to the basic theory of finite element, the finite element model of the front link is further established and analyzed by MSC.Nastran finite element analysis system. The results of the analysis are taken as input. The fatigue life analysis of the front link is carried out by using the fatigue analysis software MSC.Fatigue Analysis, get the fatigue life of the hydraulic rod before the link and the life of dangerous points, to facilitate the early design stage of the estimated product life.
