本文用E+rc混合花环法,对23例散脑患者进行了脑脊液和外周血的淋巴细胞亚群(T、B、D和N细胞)的检测。并同时测定了CSF和血清的免疫球蛋白等体液免疫指标。选择22例急性病毒性脑炎(乙脑)和40例神经系统脱髓鞘病(32例GBS,8例Devic氏病)作为对照组。实验结果发现,散脑者有一CSF淋巴细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白的异常,作者认为散脑是一神经系统免疫性疾病,推测其发病机理是在易感个体,由于病前感染(病毒?)等因素所触发的免疫调节及识别的障碍而导致中枢神经免疫病理损害。作者还就CSF淋巴细胞亚群检测的诊断价值进行了讨论。
In this paper, we used E + rc mixed garland method to detect the lymphocyte subsets (T, B, D and N) of cerebrospinal fluid and peripheral blood in 23 patients with diffuse brain disease. At the same time, CSF and serum immunoglobulin and other indicators of humoral immunity were measured. 22 cases of acute viral encephalitis (JE) and 40 cases of demyelinating nervous system (32 cases of GBS, 8 cases of Devic’s disease) were selected as the control group. The experimental results showed that there was a abnormality of CSF lymphocyte subpopulation and immunoglobulin in the diffuse brain. The author thinks that the diffuse brain is a nervous system immune disease, and the pathogenesis of which is presumed to be in susceptible individuals. Because of pre-infection (virus?), And other factors triggered by immune regulation and identification of obstacles leading to immunodeficiency of the central nervous system. The authors also discuss the diagnostic value of CSF lymphocyte subsets testing.
