元稹《莺莺传》中的张生乃作者自寓,已基本成为学界共识。但对于莺莺的家世问题,则迄无定论。最近,许总先生根据宋代王铚及近人曹家琪的说法,重新提出莺莺乃崔元翰之女,并进一步据《西厢记》杂剧,推论崔莺莺与元稹相遇,是在其随母扶元翰柩归葬博陵并再返长安途经蒲州之时。但将许氏所据《崔氏谱》与史实相比勘,可知在宦历、年龄与情理等方面,《崔氏谱》之崔鹏都非崔元翰,崔鹏或崔元翰亦非莺莺之父。至于许氏根据戏剧材料而推断出扶柩归葬博陵一节,则更是在史实上不能成立的说法。
Zhang Yuan, an author in the Biography of Yingying from Yuan Zhen, has become an academic consensus. But for Yingying’s family issue, is inconclusive. Recently, according to Wang Song of the Song Dynasty and Cao Ka-Ki’s recent remarks, Mr. Xu resurrected the daughter of Yingying Niu Cui Yuanhan and further deduced that Cui Yingying and Yuan Zhen met according to the Romance of the West Chamber, Burling Burling and then back to Changzhou via Puzhou. However, according to the “Cui’s spectrum” of Xu’s records compared with the historical facts, it can be seen that Cui Peng, Cui Peng, or Cui Yuanhan of the “Cui’s spectrum” is neither the father of Ying-ying nor the curator of Cui in terms of history, age and reason. As for Hsu’s deduction from the drama based on drama and the relics of Boling, it is even more true that history can not be established.
