文章对智能配电网的自愈功能及其经济效益分析进行了研究,首先介绍了短时停电自愈功能和接地故障自愈功能,依此理论建立了短时停电经济损失估算模型和电压骤降经济损失估算模型。并通过经济损失模型的研究,构建了智能配电网自愈功能的综合效益评价模型,并针对A城市的智能配电网建设项目进行了实例分析。结果表明,各估算模型和效益评价模型可作为智能配电网建设和优化的决策参考,具有很好的参考价值。研究成果对于推动智能配电网自愈功能具有重要意义。
This paper studies the self-healing function of intelligent distribution network and its economic benefit analysis. Firstly, it introduces the self-healing function of short-time power outage and the function of self-healing of ground fault. Based on this theory, the economic loss estimation model of short- Economic loss estimation model. Through the study of economic loss model, this paper constructs a comprehensive benefit evaluation model of self-healing function of smart distribution network, and carries out an example analysis for A city’s smart distribution network construction project. The results show that each estimation model and benefit evaluation model can be used as a reference for decision-making in the construction and optimization of smart distribution network, which has good reference value. The research results are of great significance for promoting the self-healing function of smart distribution network.
