对１１４例确诊的慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎患者进行回顾性分析。本病多数具有甲状腺肿大或呈结节变，质硬，易伴发甲减。甲状腺球蛋白抗体（ＴＧＡ）、甲状腺微粒体抗体（ＭＣＡ）阳性率增高。甲状腺针吸细胞学检查（ＦＮＡＢ）有典型的慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎的细胞学特点。
Retrospective analysis of 114 patients with confirmed chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis. Most of the disease with goiter or nodular change, hard, easy with hypothyroidism. Thyroglobulin antibody (TGA), thyroid microsomal antibody (MCA) positive rate increased. Thyroid needle aspiration cytology (FNAB) has the typical cytological features of chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis.
