1992年10月23～27日,拉美学会第8届年会暨《拉美国家当前形势与政策动向》学术讨论会在京郊平谷县北京市教工休养院召开。来自北京和外省市的拉美学会会员、研究拉美问题的专家学者以及在京的一些外交、新闻单位的代表共75人参加了年会和讨论会,提交的论文共有30篇。在5天的会期里,圆满地完成了领导班子换届和形势研讨两大任务。本届年会和讨论会正值中国共产党第14次代表大会刚刚闭幕,会议气氛热烈,群情振奋。与会学者本着解放思想、转变观念、学术研究结合实际和为改革开放服务的精神,对拉
From October 23 to October 1992, the 8th annual meeting of the Latin American Association and the “Symposium on the Current Situation and Policy Trends in Latin American Countries” were held in Beijing Teachers Recuperation Center in Pinggu County, Beijing. 75 members of Latin American Association, experts and scholars studying Latin American issues and representatives of some diplomatic and media organizations in Beijing and other provinces and cities attended the annual meeting and seminar, and 30 papers were submitted. During the five-day meeting, the two tasks of changing the leadership and discussing the situation have been successfully completed. The annual meeting and seminar coincided with the just concluded closing of the 14th Chinese Communist Party Congress. The meeting was warm and the crowd was exalted.
