前一段时期,在某些学校的语文教学中发现了一个值得令人注意的问题,即讲授新课时采用教师启发式分析——学生课堂讨论——教师补充或总结的“三段教法”;批改作业时采取师生共同批改的办法。有些教师认为这是具体贯彻了教学中的群众路线,也是革新的做法,是教学改革的胜利。我看,这怕不能算革新,也不是什么群众路线!且先不搬用教育原则,教学理论。单从效果上看,上述做法就有以下几点不好:
