作者用抗人糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa单克隆抗体(CD41).APAAP(碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶)免疫酶标组化技术观察38例白血病患者骨髓涂片.结果表明:急性非淋巴细胞性白血病(ANLL)阳性率较急性淋巴细胞性白血病(ALL)为高.在ANLL病例中,大于60岁的小巨核细胞及淋巴样小巨核细胞均较小于60岁的为多。在慢性粒细胞性白血病(CML)的病例中.各种类型的小巨核细胞均明显增多.而在慢性淋巴细胞性白血病(CLL)中较为少见。

The results showed that the positive rate of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) was higher than that of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). In ANLL cases, small megakaryocytes and lymphoid micromegakaryocytes older than 60 years old were less than 60 years old. In cases of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). Various types of small megakaryocytes were significantly increased. However, it is rare in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
