在我国全方位改革深入发展,宏观经济环境不断变化,以及卫生服务供求关系发生变化的条件下,传统的医疗服务模式和经营管理方式受到了前所未有的挑战。破除过去等、靠、要、怨的观念,抓住改革机遇,寻找切入点,开辟适合自己生存发展的道路,成为医疗卫生机构共识。笔者认为,医院的各项改革只要有利于医院的整体发展,有利于增强医院的活力,调动职工的积极性,有利于保障人民健康的需求,就应不拘一格地进行改革。
With the development of China’s all-round reforms, the constant changes in the macroeconomic environment, and the changing supply and demand of health services, traditional medical service models and business management methods have been challenged unprecedentedly. Break through the concepts of the past, relying on, wanting, and resentment, seize the opportunities for reform, find the entry point, open up the road that suits their survival and development, and become the consensus of medical and health institutions. The author believes that as long as the hospital’s various reforms are conducive to the overall development of the hospital, which is conducive to enhancing the vitality of the hospital, mobilizing the enthusiasm of the workers, and helping to safeguard the people’s health needs, they should carry out reforms in an eclectic manner.
