为探讨瓶景的发展前景,选用不同封口材料,研究了白鹤芋在常规、半密闭和密闭三种系统中无菌培养120d生长状态的变化,瓶内CO2浓度变化和乙烯含量,基质中水分含量和营养元素浓度的变化。结果说明,常规状态培养90d白鹤芋生长正常,而密闭状态培养由于瓶内乙烯的积累及CO2亏缺,白鹤芋生长不正常,而且植株矮小,没有培养前途。影响白鹤芋生长的主要因素是CO2的亏缺,从中午12时到午夜22时,瓶内CO2的浓度降低到73×10-6~147×10-6。基质的含水率和营养元素含量降低得不多,不会成为限制白鹤芋生长的因素。
In order to explore the development prospect of bottle scene, different sealing materials were chosen to study the changes of growth status of Artemisia selenges at 120 days after aseptic culture in three kinds of systems, such as regular, semi-airtight and airtight, CO2 concentration in bottle and ethylene content, And nutrient concentration changes. The results showed that the normal state of white cultivated taro grew normally in 90 days, while the closed state of cultivation did not have the culture prospect due to the accumulation of ethylene in the bottle and the shortage of CO2, the growth of white taro was abnormal and the plant was short. The main factor that affects the growth of Hemaritoides is CO2 deficit. From 12 noon to 22 midnight, the concentration of CO2 in the bottle is reduced to 73 × 10-6 ~ 147 × 10-6. Substrate water content and nutrient content decreased less, will not become a limiting factor in the growth of Tarras.
