小学阶段的语文教学是培养学生高尚品格和陶冶情操的重要教学阶段,高质量、高效率的语文教学是学生正确思想和个人素质培养过程中的催化剂,相反,则会对学生的健康成长和发展起到阻碍作用,因此,有效教学是小学语文教师的工作追求主要目标,也是学生学习的关键学科。语文教学是小学学校教育学科中的重点内容,其有效性显得尤为重要。我国的教育改革强调语文教学的有效性,在实践中取得高效的成绩,但仍然存在问题和不足之处,需要小学语文教育工作者进行探究和完善。本文就实践中存在的问题进行分析和探究,并对提高语文教学的有效性进行论述。
