苏联科学院通讯院士、苏联航空工艺与生产组织科学研究院（HИAT）院长彼得·尼古拉那维奇·别梁宁教授，诮邀于1990年4月6～13日访问了北京航空工艺研究所，并向该所科研人员和参加中国航空工业技术改造会议的部分工厂代表做了三次学术报告，报告的题目分别是：宽体客机的制造技术和设备、集成化工艺及其应用、提高机械制造业的效率。现将三篇报告整理发表，经飨读者。
Prof. Peter Nikolaevich Beyling, the academician of the Soviet Academy of Aviation Technology and Production Organization (HITAT), a member of the Institute of Communications of the Soviet Academy of Sciences, was invited to visit Beijing Aeronautical Technology Research Institute from April 6 to April 1990 And made three academic reports to the researchers and some factory representatives who participated in the technical transformation meeting of China Aviation Industry. The topics of the report were: manufacturing technology and equipment of wide-body passenger aircraft, integrated technology and its application, improvement of machinery Manufacturing efficiency. The three reports are now collated and published by readers.
