基于相似理论的基本原理,以中央电视台主楼深基坑工程为背景,以淤泥质黏土为骨料,以粉细砂、铁粉为辅料,研制出一种高容重低弹模的土质相似材料,通过调整组成相似材料的骨料和辅料的比例并结合力学实验进行分析,采用模糊数学综合评判指数和相似指标对各种配比材料进行综合评判,选出最符合央视深基坑工程及相似性要求的相似材料。并通过大型模型试验研究,说明这种配比的相似材料能有效地模拟基坑支护中桩锚土钉联合支护的变形机制。
Based on the basic principle of similarity theory, based on the deep foundation pit project of CCTV main building, silt clay is taken as the aggregate, fine sand and iron powder are used as auxiliary materials to develop a soil similar material with low bulk density and low elastic modulus, By adjusting the proportion of aggregate and auxiliary materials that make up similar materials and analyzing with mechanics experiment, we use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index and similar index to judge all kinds of matching materials synthetically and choose the most suitable project of CCTV deep foundation pit and its similarity Required similar materials. Through the large-scale model test and study, it is shown that the similar materials of this ratio can effectively simulate the deformation mechanism of the pile-soil-nail supporting in the foundation pit support.
