采用川崎负流量控制系统的液压挖掘机,所有执行机构都由一组串联的柱塞泵供油,而设计中有时会遇到各执行机构所需流量不一致的情况,即按照动臂、斗杆等其他执行机构工作需要设计的流量,会导致回转马达在同样流量下工作时超过最高限定转速,造成回转马达故障或影响其使用寿命。针对这一问题专门设计回转马达限流装置,以负反馈信号、发动机转速等作为流量限制的判定条件,通过限定向回转马达供油的前泵的最大排量,使回转马达始终工作在额定转速范围内,同时不影响其他执行机构正常工作。该限流装置具有改造方便,结构简易,性能可靠,制造成本低廉等优点。
