钢渣含有与硅酸盐水泥熟料相似的硅酸二钙(C2S)、硅酸三钙(C3S)胶凝性矿物,但由于数量少和结晶形态不同,作胶凝材料时早期强度低,影响其高价值利用。文章采用成分分析,确定了改性钢渣的化学成分,通过在熔融态钢渣中加入改性材料和还原剂进行重熔,获得早期强度较高的钢渣,提高了钢渣的利用率。
Steel slag contains similar dicalcium silicate (C2S) and tricalcium silicate (C3S) gelling minerals similar to portland cement clinker. However, due to the small quantity and different crystal morphology, the early strength of cementitious material is low, Its high value use. In this paper, the chemical composition of the modified steel slag was determined by chemical composition analysis. The steel slag with higher early strength was obtained by remelting the molten steel slag with modified materials and reducing agent, and the utilization ratio of steel slag was improved.
