随着我国经济的发展,高层建筑在城市大量的兴起,为了充分利用地下空间,一层或多层地下室越来越多。由于地下室的埋置深度较大,大多数城市的地下水位较浅,地下室的抗浮设计就显得尤为重要。该文对地下室常见的三种上浮破坏形式进行了讲解,并对地下室抗浮设计中比较重要的设防水位的确定及其影响因素进行了分析说明。同时,该文结合具体的工程,详细讲解了地下室的抗浮设计,主要研究了抗浮设防水位的取值,抗浮措施的选取,地下室在水浮力作用下的受力等问题。
With the development of economy in our country, a large number of high-rise buildings in the city rise, in order to make full use of underground space, one or more basement more and more. Due to the larger depth of basement embedding and the lower groundwater level in most cities, the anti-flotation design of the basement is of paramount importance. This paper explains three common forms of floating damage in the basement and analyzes the determination of the important fortification water level in the basement anti-floating design and its influencing factors. At the same time, the article explains the anti-floating design of the basement in detail with concrete engineering. The main research includes the anti-flooding anti-flooding value, anti-flooding measures and basement under the force of water buoyancy.
