采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、半制备高效液相色谱等多种色谱分离技术对豆科槐属植物柳叶槐根95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位进行分离纯化,从中分离得到16个化合物。经NMR,MS等波谱技术鉴定出化合物结构,其中包括12个黄酮类化合物phaseollidin(1)、L-高丽槐素(2)、2-(2’,4’-二羟基苯基)-5,6-二氧亚甲基苯并呋喃(3)、8-去甲杜鹃素(4)、甘草素(5)、染料木素(6)、6-甲基染料木素(7)、5-甲氧基染料木素(8)、7,2’,4’-三羟基-5-甲氧基异黄酮(9)、7,3’,4’-三羟基异黄酮(10)、erythribyssin D(11)、毛蕊异黄酮(12);2个酚类化合物:顺式白藜芦醇(13)、反式白藜芦醇(14);2个甾体化合物:豆甾醇(15)、β-谷甾醇(16)。其中,化合物1~14,16为首次从该植物中分离得到。
