用 ~(45)Ca 示踪方法研究芍药和甘草对离体大鼠肠道 Ca~(2+)跨膜流动影响的机理。结果表明:芍药和甘草对大鼠肠道平滑肌静息~(45)Ca 内流均无抑制作用。但能呈浓度依赖性的抑制去甲肾上腺素引起的~(45)Ca 内流增多,同时芍药尚有抑制高钾去极化引起的~(45)Ca 内流增多的作用。提示芍药和甘草主要通过阻断肾上腺素能α-受体减少细胞外钙的内流。
A ~(45)Ca tracer method was used to study the effects of Paeoniflorin and Licorice on the Ca~(2+) transmembrane flow in isolated rat intestine. The results showed that peony and licorice had no inhibitory effect on resting 45Ca influx in rat intestinal smooth muscle. However, concentration-dependent inhibition of norepinephrine-induced increase in ~(45)Ca influx, while Paeoniflorin still inhibited the increase of ~(45)Ca influx induced by high potassium depolarization. It is suggested that peony and licorice mainly reduce the influx of extracellular calcium by blocking adrenergic α-receptors.
