迄今,内齿轮的制造除很少部分采用拉削成形外,极大部分都采用插齿刀进行加工;但在插齿加工中普遍存在着一个不可忽视的插齿干涉问题。本文对内齿轮在插齿加工中的干涉,从理论阐述、数学推导以及数据整理结论,都作了较为详细介绍,这对于内齿轮设计者来说,可以判断所设计的内齿轮用插齿刀加工的可能性,以及所产生干涉量的数值是否仍能满足设计要求,和如何考虑内齿轮的修正以适应标准插齿刀的采用,从而提高内齿轮加工的工艺性,减少专用插齿刀的设计与制造,达到提高齿轮制造质量和降低加工成本的目的。
