液压系统传递动力的介质是液压油。油温过低不仅会破坏系统的可靠性,而且会严重影响系统的寿命和能量消耗。尤其对于野外作业的液压系统,问题就更加突出。我们作液压拉伸机的运行试验,用油为10号机械油,环境温度为5℃,配套油泵为ZB4/500型电动油泵。启动后,几分钟内未见油泵输油,经人为盘动几圈后,油泵虽然输油,但流量明显不足,而且其执行机构钢筋拉伸机严重爬行,并伴有“嘭嘭”的响声。我们再引用天津工程机械研究所作的液压油冷启动实验来说明这个问题。
