目的:建立测定沉香化滞丸中橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱方法,为其质量控制提供快速、有效的分析方法。方法:色谱柱为Shim-Pack CLC-ODS(4.6 mm×25 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(21∶79),流速为1.0 mL.min-1,测波长为283 nm。结果:橙皮苷在0.0242~0.4832 mg.mL-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为102.5%,RSD=2.0%。结论:该法简便、准确、稳定且无干扰,可用于沉香化滞丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of hesperidin in Chenxianghuazhi pills, and to provide a rapid and effective analytical method for its quality control. Methods: The chromatographic column was Shim-Pack CLC-ODS (4.6 mm×25 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (21∶79). The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1 and the detection wavelength was 283 nm. RESULTS: Hesperidin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.0242-0.4832 mg.mL-1. The average recovery was 102.5%, and RSD was 2.0%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, stable and non-interfering. It can be used to control the quality of Shenxianghuazhi pills.
