抗浮是地下室设计中重要的一环,设计时除了要考虑结构安全性之外,还应兼顾设计方案的经济性。本文结合实际工程,在地下水位较低的情况下,针对上部采用大跨度空腹夹层板结构的建筑提出了增大独立柱基自重的整体抗浮方案。从安全、经济性以及施工工艺三个方面,将该方案与底板压重、抗浮锚杆方案进行对比分析,分析表明:增加独立柱基自重为最优方案。建议在地下水位较低的情况下,采用增大独立柱基自重的抗浮方案。
Anti-floating is an important part of basement design, in addition to considering the design of structural safety, but also take into account the design of the economy. In this paper, combined with the actual project, in the case of low groundwater level, the overall anti-floating program is proposed to increase the self-weight of independent pillars for buildings with a large-span fast-floating sandwich structure. From the aspects of safety, economy and construction technology, the scheme is compared with the plank of heavy load and anti-floating anchor. The analysis shows that increasing the self-weight of independent plinth is the optimal solution. It is suggested that in the case of low groundwater level, the anti-float scheme to increase the weight of independent columns should be adopted.
