文章针对砝码检定的过程中人工提放砝码易损坏电子天平及高强度消耗体力的问题,设计了一套公斤级砝码自动检定装置,采用欧姆龙PLC作为电气控制核心并结合机械装置,实现自动升降砝码,利用电子天平与PC机的通信,通过LabVIEW设计的人机界面,实现了检定数据的记录、存储及打印等功能。
Aiming at the problem that manual lifting weight is easy to damage electronic balance and high strength consuming physical strength in the process of weight verification, a kilogram weight automatic verification device is designed. It adopts Omron PLC as the core of electrical control and combines with mechanical devices to realize Automatic lifting weight, the use of electronic balance and PC communications through the LabVIEW design of the man-machine interface, to achieve the test data recording, storage and printing capabilities.
