A few years ago, the Laboratory of Rheology at the Metrology Institute of Japan began to study the precision measurement of gas viscosity and conducted a comprehensive study of the necessary gas viscosity-pressure and temperature characteristics in the industry. Therefore, a logarithmic decay rate was obtained from the measurement of the angular velocity of the rotating vibrator, and a low-pressure-high-pressure gas vibration viscometer was manufactured.
