目的:观察卡马西平对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:选取SPF级昆明种小鼠,分为高、中、低剂量组,阳性对照组、模型对照组及空白对照组。灌胃给药30 d,分别进行迟发型变态反应试验,碳粒廓清试验,血清溶血素检测试验。结果:卡马西平对2,4-二硝基氯苯引起的小鼠右耳肿胀无明显作用。高剂量组与模型对照组比较,胸腺重量明显下降(P<0.01),胸腺指数也显著下降(P<0.05)。高剂量组与阴性对照组比较,吞噬指数显著下降(P<0.01)。卡马西平高、中、低剂量组与阴性对照组比较,半数溶血值差异无统计学意义。结论:卡马西平对小鼠细胞及体液免疫功能未见明显增强或抑制作用,对小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能有抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of carbamazepine on immune function in mice. Methods: SPF Kunming mice were selected and divided into high, medium and low dose groups, positive control group, model control group and blank control group. After intragastric administration for 30 days, delayed type allergic reaction test, carbon particle clearance test and serum hemolysin test were carried out respectively. Results: Carbamazepine had no significant effect on the right ear swelling induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene in mice. Compared with the model control group, the thymus weight of the high-dose group was significantly decreased (P <0.01) and the thymus index was also significantly decreased (P <0.05). Compared with the negative control group, phagocytic index decreased significantly in high dose group (P <0.01). Carbamazepine high, medium and low dose group compared with the negative control group, the half hemolytic value was no significant difference. CONCLUSION: Carbamazepine has no obvious enhancement or inhibition on the cellular and humoral immune function of mice and inhibits the phagocytosis of mouse macrophages.
